Distractions

Amherst and the Pioneer Valley offer a wonderful array of dining options, many of which are good. To help you and us determine the best from the rest we've rated many local restaurants based upon a 4 point scale (like a G.P.A.). Rated in August 2007. Enjoy!

Least favorite brew pub.  Great fried pickles and sweet potato fries. Cask conditioned ale is a must.  Great burgers and fries but drink the guest brews.

Best latte's, black coffee not as good as espresso.  Best overall for coffee and drinks but the black coffee is hit-or-miss.  Get the $5 house wine.  It is a bottle on the list open for just a day. Great atmosphere, but I'm still angry that they started charging for wireless internet. Bad move!
