Principle Components of Shape
Top three principle components of variation in geometric form of the
thirteen common core landmarks of noctuid moth wings. The geometric
form of the landmarks was evaluated with the thin plate spline program
tpsRelw of F. James Rohlf. The principle components SV1, SV2 and SV3,
exported from the tpsRelw program were plotted with the stereo option
of Mage to produce the above image.
