CARBONATE ELECTRODE RESPONSIVENESS
as determined by electrode shape

Raw AD values were recorded using the two electrode shapes: a thin tapered tip with a 180um column of LIX  (shape-A) and a steep shank with 15-25um column of LIX  (shape-B).
Data obtained while moving towards (+ move) and away (- move) from an artificial Na2CO3 source illustrated that shape-B adjusts more efficiently to the probe's movement in obtaining stable results.
