- Scans died after min 809 scan-M.
- The first Pinwheel scan was done soon after putting 2 µm diffusional source into the bath. It may have had an exuded fuzz of the 0.1% agarose that was possibly touched en passant by the Ca ion probe tip which was positioned close to the source opening. The early surge of Ca-flux from the diffusional source seen in scan A may be mass flux associated with early releases from the probe tip prior to stabilization. Additional scans after scan B seem to have reached a stabile equilibrium lasting for the next 8 hours.
- Fig 1 shows the view of the data in chart mode as captured using LogMeIn access to the rig Dell PC computer from home on a MacBook Pro.
- Figs 2-5 show contour plots of the 14 Pinwheel.ini Vector Scans over a period of 10 hours. All scans are shown in Figs 1-3. Two scans G and J showed apparent catastrophic release of Ca from the source, perhaps a result of lightly touching the source tip or agarose fuzz exuding from the tip which may result in a momentary large release of Ca which destroys that scans contour plot. That data may be saved by removing the individual offending measurements from the scan output.
