May 2007: Caryl Ann Becerra has been awarded a three year Ford Foundation Diversity Fellowship. The prestigious award is judged and given for scholarly competence as well as the promise shown for future achievement as a scholar, researcher, and teacher in an institution of higher education. Ms. Becerra is a Ph.D. candidate working with Klaus Nüsslein, Associate Professor of Microbiology. |
