:: Derek Lovley to Receive Life Achievement Award ::October 2007: Derek Lovley, Distinguished University Professor, received the Life Achievement award from The Annual International Conference on Soils, Sediments and Water on October 16, 2007. The award is given to individuals in the areas of industry, academia, government and military, who have made significant contributions to the understanding and solution of soil, sediment and groundwater pollution problems.
