:: Webley Keynote Speaker at Centennial Event at Northern Caribbean University ::

November 2007: Wilmore Webley, Assistant Professor of Microbiology, was the keynote speaker on Monday, November 19, at the Centennial Commemorative Public Lectures held at Northern Caribbean University in Mandeville, Jamaica. He presented two lectures: "Tropism of Chlamydia Infections: What You Do Not Know Could Hurt You" and "Pediatric Infections and Asthma: A Growing Global Problem."

Dr. Webley is a '94 graduate of Northern Carribean University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology. Dr. Webley was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to pursue graduate study at UMass. He was awarded M.S. and Ph.D. degrees and was later appointed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Microbiology.
