LOGISTICS

When: April 1-4, 2007

Check-In Time: 3-5 pm on Sunday, April 1st

Check-Out Time: 12-2 pm on Wednesday, April 4th

Where: MIT Endicott House
The MIT Endicott House is an all inclusive conference facility that has been reserved for this workshop. The entire workshop will be held on the 25 acre grounds, including lodging, meals, and meetings. The MIT Endicott House is located in Dedham, Massachusetts, just 30 minutes from downtown Boston.

Transportation: Boston Logan is the nearest major airport to the MIT Endicott House. Due to the facility being all inclusive it may be easiest to take a shuttle to/from the facility from the airport. Alternatively, ample parking is available if you decide to rent a vehicle.

Lodging: All participants will be provided lodging on the premises. A majority of participants will have individual rooms though a few people will be required to share rooms.

Internet Access: Free internet access will be available throughout the conference.

Meals: Meals as well as break food will be provided the entire time. Dietary needs will be accommodated if requested.
