Research Interests

Physiological trade-offs and sexual selection

My research interests include physiological trade-offs in natural systems, carotenoid allocation strategies, and sexual selection. I am currently studying how reverse sexually dimorphic female cichlids balance competing needs for dietary carotenoids.
