Make sure you're using your time in the BCRC to pay attention to what's
happening in the BCRC. As a staff member, you should be watching what
people are doing in the BCRC, helping people that are stuck before they
come over to you, and certainly catching people before they come into my
office to ask me. The manual requests that you get up and walk around
the BCRC periodically (every 15 minutes or so) to make yourself
available to help people if they need it. You should not be so focused
on doing schoolwork (or Facebook) that you don't notice when people are
stuck.

Thanks!
