You may not have noticed that we have a phone in the BCRC again. Please
answer the phone by saying something like "BCRC! Bob speaking" (or
whatever your name is).
Again, a reminder that you should keep an eye on when people are having
problems and try to intercept them before they come into my office. I
recognize it's a balance issue, but please remember to get up, walk
around the room periodically, and make sure that you're not so focused
on your own computer that people can't get your attention.
Finally, help me remember to water the plants before they start to wilt.
