time sheets

Helen pointed out to me that she's having real trouble decifering the
time sheets that students are submitting. Please just indicate the date
and the number of hours you worked on that date. And please submit
separate sheets for each week. Let's keep it simple so that Helen
doesn't have to go through mental gymnastics to figure out what your
schedule was.
