Rickelton and Babbitt Examine Brain Gene Expression Evolution at an Unprecedented Scale in Primates
Primate evolution has led to a remarkable diversity of behavioral specializations and pronounced brain size variation among species. Gene expression provides a promising opportunity for studying the molecular basis of brain evolution, but it has been explored in very few primate species to date. -

Three Biology Department labs presented at the annual Society for Integrative and Comparative Biology (SICB) meeting was held Jan 2-6, 2024 in Seattle WA. The Stager, Gerson, and Katz labs all presented their research. -
Adler Lab Student Wins Award at National Entomological Society of America
A PhD student in the Adler lab, Seanne Clemente, won the first place award for best student presentation in the chemical ecology section at the National Entomological Society of America meeting. -
