[bcrc-staff] Finals Schedule

It appears we have pretty much filled the finals schedule. As no one has
claimed any hours Friday I take it nobody will be here that day or you have
exams. As of right now I have claimed four hours for Friday. I can work the
whole day Friday if nobody wants the rest of the hours. Just checking with
everyone before claiming that many hours.
