[bcrc-staff] Tentative schedule

Here is what I have so far for a tentative schedule:

Please let me know if I've scheduled you for a time you can't work or
have other issues with the schedule.  I will probably need to hire
another student or two to fill in the gaps.

Please be patient while we sort out out the details, but let's plan to
start working this schedule on Monday.
