[bcrc-staff] Walk throughs

Please note that in the operational procedures, I ask staff to
periodically (every 15 minutes) walk through the BCRC.

When you do this, please check for chairs that are pushed out, computers
left on, tables that have become separated, cables that are messy or out
of place.
