[bcrc-staff] Tentative BCRC schedule

I have worked up a tentative schedule for the BCRC:

Please let me know ASAP if I have scheduled you for a time you cannot 
work. (Or if you have any other comments or questions about the schedule).

Note that there are still some big blocks of open times.  This means I 
will need to hire some more staff (feel free to spread the word), but it 
also means I may need to rework the schedule a bit as I see what hours 
new people might be able to work. So please be flexible.

I didn't hear from several people who perhaps have graduated or maybe I 
lost your schedule or something.  If I have not scheduled you and you 
were thinking I was going to, please let me know.  Otherwise, I will 
remove your address from the list before I send again.
