Please be watch for people coming into my office to get help with things
in the BCRC and intercept them. A primary purpose for having staff is to
ensure that I don't have to be interrupted for routine problems and,
only when you've checked to see if you can't solve their problem to come
to get me. If you're focused on other things and not paying attention
to people coming into my office, it's a problem.
Similarly, please get up and walk through the BCRC every 15 minutes or
so (as described in the staff manual) to see if people need help. You
might be surprised how frequently people will ask for help if you
demonstrate that you're available.
Thanks!
