[bcrc-staff] Continuity

Occasionally you'll need to leave the BCRC before the next staff member 
has arrived. If I'm here, please let me know when you check out. And 
before ~5pm its not such a big deal. If I'm gone for the day, or you 
have any question about whether the next person is coming in, you should 
close the BCRC before you leave. Please don't leave the BCRC unlocked 
and unattended if you are uncertain about who's going to be responsible.
