[bcrc-staff] Wednesday 1-3pm

Thanks to both Hailey and Victoria: Clearly Victoria should take from
2-3 since she can cover that part.

I'll leave it up to Hailey whether she wants to take 1-2 or let Victoria
take the whole shift.  Let's just be clear so there's no confusion.
