[bcrc-staff] Pre-semester Schedule

I've gotten schedules from several people (thanks Lucy, Wen, Victoria, 
Priya, and Wilson). If you haven't gotten me hours, please get them to 
me by Thursday.

Also, the pre-semester schedule is still pretty thin: If people could 
sign up for some hours it would be very helpful:

Finally, I'll probably need to do some hiring: if you know people with
