I'm emailing back to the list so whoever opens this morning can work on
this.
Sometimes when you queue a job to the printer, it causes the printer to
hang, but then stays in the queue. So even after you reset the printer,
the job will hang again. Also, if you start the printer when it has a
bunch of old jobs queued, it will still try to print them all. Here's
what I suggest:
Go into the print release system and go to the printer control page:
(e.g. the link to Provizonta a the bottom of the page).
Disable the printer and then remove all the old jobs. Then re-enable
the printer.
Then turn the printer's power off and turn it back on.
