[bcrc-staff] Tuesday 3:00pm - 5:00pm

I'm sorry to disagree, but the rule is that the email that appears first
in the bcrc-staff mailing list archive is the one that should take the
shift:

It appears to me that Shivani's email is the first after the announcement.

Thanks to everyone for understanding why we need an objective rule to
settle misunderstandings.
