I'm sorry for the late reply on making the Tuesday shift available. I 
wasn't expecting so many enthusiastic replies and it was hard to find a 
way to choose.

I had originally offered the shift to Jaymin, who has the fewest number 
of hours. But he can't work the middle hour. He said he could work the 
the first and last hours and find someone to cover just the middle hour.

I'm generally reluctant to have shifts of a single hour. But everyone 
else who applied (as far as I can tell has at least 5 hours). So, in the 
end, I propose we adopt Jaymin's plan and then I used a random-number 
generator to pick the other spot: Hannah Kullberg.

I've modified the schedule accordingly.
