[bcrc-staff] BCRC log system

Hi everyone,

The Biology Department needs some information about how our students are using the BCRC. We’ve created a google sheet where you (the BCRC staff) should add in numbers for student usage of 4 things during your shift:

Printing	Internet use (Moodle, Spire, etc)	Using software (MS Word, Excel, etc)	Place to Study

Just add the number of students using the BCRC for these tasks to the number already there for that day. For example, if you’re the first one in on Monday morning, you’ll add a number to the blank row. Shifts after that will just add to that number. Each day starts again on a new row. 

To get this info, just quickly ask when students come in. Most people might be doing only some of those things, so just add to those columns. We realize that you might miss a couple of people if it happens to get really busy, but most of the time it should be ok.

This is just temporary - it starts on Monday and runs through the end of April.
