The oriental cockroach exhibits brachyptery (short wingedness), moreso in the female than the male.
Note the large size of the ootheca relative to the female size compared to Periplaneta above.  The coin in all above is a US dime which is approximately 0.7 inches in diameter (= 17.8 mm).
